The manager, Mr Suresh, went above and beyond to ensure my comfort, upgrading my room to a spacious and clean accommodation. What truly stood out to me was the sun terrace, offering a tranquil space to unwind and soak in the surroundings. the attention to detail in the rooms, with new bathroom facilities and comfortable amenities, made my stay truly exceptional. I am grateful for a wonderful experience at the Palms Inn.
